Effect of Deletion:

• Your personal data will be permanently deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law
• All virtual items, balances, and digital assets will be forfeited
• The account cannot be restored

Deletion requests are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe.

• Provide and maintain the service
• Comply with legal obligations
• Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

When data is no longer required, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

You are solely responsible for any content you create, upload, or share.

Prohibited content includes:

• Hate speech or discrimination
• Illegal or dangerous activities
• Malware or harmful code
• Intellectual property violations

8.3 Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Remove or restrict content

• Suspend or terminate accounts

• These items have no real-world monetary value

Refund Policy:
Unless required by law or platform rules, all purchases are non-refundable.
